Rich is a software executive, board member, and investor with 25+ years of operational experience globally scaling enterprise infrastructure and SaaS businesses.
As former GM of the MySQL business (led product, engineering, marketing, sales and support), his 19 year journey included helping scale the business from the venture-backed MySQL AB, via two acquisitions, to a full GBU at Oracle reporting to a board member at HQ in the US.
