Paul is a seasoned technical founder, board advisor, and non-executive director with over 17 years of experience in the national security and intelligence sector. He founded Deep3 in 2014, successfully leading the company through growth and exit in 2019.
He currently serves as a NED at Voyant, a University of Liverpool spin-out operating in the defence sector, and holds Innovator in Residence roles at both the University of Liverpool and the University of Salford.
In these roles, he supports the commercialisation of pre–spin-out ventures across a range of deep tech domains, including cyber security, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
